This is a very new technique introduced in ART as a therapy for ageing ovaries. It helps to rejuvenate (reawakens the egg maturation process) and gives hopes to many women suffering from early menopause. In Ovarian rejuvenation PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma) is used as Platelets are known to be promote healing and attract stem cells to the local area which in turn can facilitate the production of eggs. In this method blood collected from the patient themselves is processed and the plasma which is rich in platelets can be injected in the ovaries directly either by laparoscopy or transvaginally under ultrasound guidance. We offer this procedure to our patients after proper counselling and explanation that it is not an established procedure and that success rates are very low. Our first ongoing pregnancy following laparoscopic prp injection is in Gurugram and slated to deliver by august 2020
